We all work for ourselves; sometimes acting as individuals and sometimes as a group if the sums are too large for one investor.

Once we receive an investment oportunity one of us will take it on and lead depending on our individual areas of interest. 

If the proposition sounds interesting we will check who might be interested in investing.

One or possibly two investors will take it further and try to arrange meetings and come up with an investment formula.

The lead investor will then offer the investment to the others.

The investors will all invest their own money and all will invest on the same basis.
